MAINTENANCE
In order to maintain a high level of quality of the villa's services, we manage the repairs and renovations necessary either by ourselves or through recognized professionals whose work we oversee. No major costs are incurred without your prior agreement. We do not perceive in any form, remuneration due to the intervention of a company.
PHYSICAL MANAGEMENT
We make frequent passages, aiming to check the state of the closures, equipment (swimming pool, air conditioning, lighting ...) We coordinate the various speakers (housekeeper, poolman, gardener ..) We control the good preparation of the villa before each arrival.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
Holder of the real estate agent license we hold, a guarantee under the property management and professional liability insurance. We are able to offer you a management adapted to your needs: management of your bank accounts, maintenance of a statement of monthly expenses, management of bookings in connection with the agencies, distribution of the schedules to the agencies and speakers, follow-up of the payments of rentals. To do this, we had software adapted to the management profession.
We can represent the owner with local authorities, service companies, insurance agents, and more generally with any administration.
RENTAL ASSISTANCE
We offer personalized assistance for the marketing of your property. We are in regular contact with rental agencies to promote your villa. Our management software also allows us to have a very precise follow-up of booking schedules and rental income.
CYCLONIC PERIODE
At the end of the rental season we prepare your villa for the hurricane season. The protection means are put in place. In the event of a hurricane alert, we make every effort to protect your property and its facilities as much as possible. In case of disaster we carry out a damage report and can represent you with the insurance companies and experts.
